Red Barn Microwave is located approximately 35 miles West of historic  Yosemite National Park in Sonora, California. The town of Sonora is centrally located and the travel time from major cities is approximately:

The Company is classified as an SDVOB business per Public Law 108-183 (certifications available on request). The majority owner and President, Tom Birks, has over 35 years experience in the microwave field. Tom was a key player in several startup companies prior to owning another microwave business, Left Coast Ventures, Inc., for the past fifteen years. We are CCR registered with IECA security cert’s.

Established in 2002 to address the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) area for the Department of Defense, Red Barn Microwave designs and manufactures microwave retrofit equipment to OEM specifications. With complete in-house capability, the company is qualified to a variety of military standards including Mil-I-45208. Red Barn Microwave’s Cage Code is 1YMJ9.
