Red Barn Microwave’s products are designed utilizing custom CAD and simulation software. Mechanical parts are machined on automated CNC’s and other pertinent computerized equipment that insure precision tolerances. Our products are manufactured at our facility in Sonora, which is qualified to Mil-I-45208. The assemblies are environmentally tested to a customer’s specific requirements. Our present frequency range is DC to 23 GHz.

Our processes include the utilization of special materials such as AlSiC, Alumina, BEO, PTFE, ferrite material, GAsFet’s, static sensitive analog and digital IC’s, and a variety of other components. Our test equipment is calibrated and certified on an annual basis and includes specialized phase noise equipment and VCO mod-sense test sets. Automated testing is used on some commercial products.
